SEO plan for the Cute Fruit Wall Art Collection

When I started planning the Cute Fruit Wall Art Collection, I knew I wanted to take a more intentional approach than I did with my last launch, the Insect Wall Art Collection. This time around, I wanted better organization, and I wanted people to actually find the collection online.

So I created a full SEO plan using Google Sheets to keep myself on track. It covers everything from keyword research and landing page copy to Etsy titles, tags, and Pinterest pin descriptions. In this blog post, I’m walking you through the steps I took and sharing a peek at the spreadsheet that helped me bring it all together.

Goals of SEO strategy

  • Help people find the art through search, Google, Pinterest, and Etsy

  • Create a dedicated landing page to house the full collection

  • Create a cohesive presence through consistent keywords across the platforms

  • Attract ideal customers

Ideal Audience

  • Homebodies, cozy decorators, slow living fans

  • People decorating kitchens, dining rooms, and gallery walls

  • People who enjoy seasonal, and/or fruit themed decor

  • People looking for unique affordable printable art

Keyword Research

To find the right keywords, I used a mix of:

  • Etsy search suggestions

  • Semrush

  • Google search suggestions

  • Pinterest suggestions

Some of the keywords I targeted:

  • printable fruit art

  • fruit poster kitchen decor

  • downloadable fruit art

  • printable kitchen art for cozy homes

  • fruit art prints

  • blackberry fruit wall art

  • cut fruit wall art

I added these keywords across different parts of the campaign, from blog posts and pin descriptions to Etsy tags and titles.

Pinterest Promotion Plan

  • Pin titles and descriptions using keywords like “fruit kitchen art,” “cheerful art prints,” and “printable wall decor”

  • Multiple pin types: product mockups and lifestyle images linking to blog posts, and the fruit collection landing page

  • Scheduled 2-3 images to go live daily for 3 weeks

  • Pinned relevant related content such as bedroom bathroom, gallery wall, and creative cozy hobbies

  • Pinned images to a variety of boards

    • Art related boards

      • printable wall art

    • Home decor boards

      • Entryway

      • Dining room

      • Kitchen

      • Living room

      • Picture Frames

Etsy Listing Optimization

Each Etsy listing in the collection was built with search in mind:

  • Keyword-heavy but readable titles “Cute Blackberry Printable, Kitchen Wall Art, Digital Download Home Decor”

  • The first sentence of every description described the art work, and what potential buyers can expect

  • Used all 13 Etsy tags, matching long-tail phrases from my keyword list

  • SEO-friendly categories like “Printable,” “Digital Download” “Kitchen Art,” and “Wall Decor”

What’s Inside The SEO Spreadsheet?

Here’s what’s included in the shared SEO plan:

  • Audience overview

  • Master keyword list

  • Landing page text and title ideas

  • Pinterest pin titles and descriptions

  • Etsy listing titles, tags, and descriptions

What I Learned

Planning out SEO across platforms helped me feel more focused and organized throughout this launch. Instead of scrambling to write Etsy listings or Pinterest captions at the last minute, I already had everything pre-written and ready to go. The copy was planned, typed up, and scheduled in ahead of time.

Setting aside time after painting to digitize the artwork, create five printable sizes, and build mockups made the transition from creative mode to technical mode much smoother. Moving through each stage of the process, from art to marketing, in an organized way felt more intentional. It was way more enjoyable than bouncing between unfinished projects, and it made it easier to spot helpful connections between tasks.

This approach helped me see how each piece of content, whether a blog post, a pin, or an Etsy listing, fit together to support the full collection. Because this collection was larger than my previous Insect Collection, I also gained more insight into which pieces were drawing the most interest from potential customers.
